How do I get started?

Reach out and tell us about your pet and the dates you need. We'll talk through the details and answer your questions before anything is booked.

Can we meet before you care for my pet?

Yes, we're happy to arrange a meet and greet so your pet and you can get comfortable with us first. Just ask.

Will I get updates while I'm away?

We'll check in with you and can share updates on how your pet is doing. Let us know how often you'd like to hear from us.

Can you care for pets with special needs or medication?

Often, yes. Tell us what your pet needs when you get in touch and we'll confirm whether we're a good fit.

What if my plans change?

Life happens. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll work with you, and we'll go over our booking details when you book.

What if my pet gets sick?

I will contact you and your vet, as set out in the instructions you leave me.

Do you care for pets with special needs?

Often yes, including medications. Tell me about your pet's needs at the meet and greet.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can, especially for holidays.

Do I need to be home for the meet and greet?

Yes. It is my chance to meet your pet in their space.

How will I hear from you?

I send photos and a short update after each visit.
